- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-demand periods, launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 7–14 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor shipment progress.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
the order may be returned to our warehouse.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
Sneakivo shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Any promotional free-shipping offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Sneakivo shall not be liable for courier delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, customers should contact our support team for assistance.
Damaged Package Upon Delivery
If the outer package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to:
- Take clear photos before opening.
- Record an unboxing video.
- Contact Sneakivo within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Failure to provide evidence may affect claim eligibility.
International Shipping
At present, Sneakivo primarily serves customers within India. International shipping availability may vary and is subject to customs regulations and additional shipping charges.
