At Sneakivo, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure fairness and maintain product quality standards, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return requests submitted after the return period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
A product will be eligible for return only if:
- It is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- It is returned in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice are included.
- There are no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration by the customer.
Mandatory Quality Check (QC)
All returned products undergo a mandatory Quality Check (QC) upon arrival at our facility.
Returns and refunds are approved only after the product successfully passes inspection.
Sneakivo reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets return eligibility requirements.
Damaged, Used, or Incomplete Returns
If a returned product is found to be:
- Used or worn
- Damaged after delivery
- Dirty, stained, or altered
- Missing tags, accessories, packaging, or invoice
Sneakivo reserves the right to:
- Reject the return request; or
- Deduct up to 50% of the product value from the refundable amount based on the extent of damage or depreciation.
The assessment made during the Quality Check shall be final.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Product
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A defective product
- A product damaged during transit
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- An unboxing video showing the issue
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in claim rejection.
Return Shipping Charges
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or manufacturing defect), return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any applicable return shipping, handling, or logistics charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and successfully passes Quality Check:
- Refunds will be initiated within 3-10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.
Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items marked as Final Sale
- Customized or special-order products
- Gift cards or store credits
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and will be treated under this Return & Refund Policy.
Sneakivo reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
Fraud Prevention
Sneakivo reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders if fraudulent activity, excessive return abuse, chargeback misuse, or suspicious behavior is detected.
Limitation of Liability
Sneakivo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product purchased through our website.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from purchases made through Sneakivo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
